Blubber Bay Design is located on Texada Island on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. Blubber Bay is the port of entry to Texada via B.C. Ferries. The Blubber Bay Design logo was inspired by white-sided dolphins that frequently frolic alongside the ferry as you sail across Malaspina Straight. Several artists are fortunate enough to have found this lovely retreat and make it their home. |

Blubber Bay Design Artist's Statement Texada Island has been my home for almost 18 years. I've seen some changes over these years. My children have grown up here and moved on. Friends have come and gone, but the Island remains unchanged in it's unique beauty and solitude. It continues to provide a source of inspiration for artists who have made Texada their home, and for newcomers who delight in their discovery. The following pages show some examples of my work in graphic design, textile art, and more recently photography. All examples are my original designs. Hope you enjoy the site!
